For account help, safety reports, billing questions, deletion requests, or technical issues, contact us by email. Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue when possible.

Basic Use

Sign in with Apple is required to use LastEmber.
You can preserve a Moment, optionally with a photo and coarse city context.
Cosmos lets you encounter public Moments from other people.
Ego contains your own Moments and account tools.
You can report or block unsafe Moments from the in-app safety actions.

How do I delete my account?

Open LastEmber, go to Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address above. See the Account Deletion Policy.
